What's in Season

Ireland’s mild, wet climate means that we have a long growing season for many vegetables. Sturdy veggies like cabbage, cauliflower and beetroot are in season almost all year round. On the other hand, many Irish berries and fruits are only available for a few months in the summer. Making an effort to include seasonal food in your diet reduces waste higher in the food chain as well as helping you get the tastiest, healthiest food into your diet.
