“I’m delighted to be hosting a cookery demonstration at this year’s Reuse Republic as part of Reuse Month with Cork County Council,” says Lilly Higgins. “It’s a free event where the public will get loads of new ideas, recipes and tips on how to cut down on food waste, reduce the amount of plastic in their kitchen, meal plan and shop to save money and the environment!
