As householders, many of us are oblivious to the amount of food we waste and are unaware of which foods we discard on a regular basis. The most common foods that end up as waste include vegetables, fruit, breads, meat and dairy products.

Why not take the Stop Food Waste Challenge? By knowing what types of food we end up throwing out, we can take the next steps to change behaviour. Keeping a record of what foods are going to waste and then trying to identify the reasons as to why they have been thrown out will contribute to an overall reduction in food waste and will also save us money.
